"If a test is safe enough to let AI run the whole thing, why run it at all?" That line from Lina N., Head of Product Analytics at Squarespace, reframes the AI conversation. The reflex is to hand AI the low-risk tests: write the brief, run the analysis, go faster. But if a test is that low-stakes, the experiment may not be worth the slot, so it's really up to your decision on whether that test should run in the first place. AI can take the mundane. Deciding what's worth the friction still belongs to you. Where do you draw the line between which tests should be fully automated, manually, somewhere in between, or not ran at all?
