Anyone can run an A/B test. Typeform decided that wasn't enough. On the latest Experimentation Edge, I talked with Aleks Bass, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Typeform, about what it actually takes to build experimentation culture. A few numbers that stood out: ↑ 32% increase in ASP after a strategic price increase (despite a 15% drop in new business count) ↑ 25% lift in annual attach from the same pricing shift 2x activation after integrating AI directly into the product 14x more words generated by video interviewers vs. standard forms 10x fewer skipped questions with video vs. standard forms Typeform runs experiments with rigor, reviews, user tests, and simulated trials before touching real customers. The goal is to eliminate what Aleks calls "anti-knowledge": unsubstantiated beliefs that get codified as fact and quietly shape decisions for years. See the comments for a link to the full podcast.
