The biggest experiment wins usually aren't in the product at all. Nick Beyler from Stitch Fix noticed the same pattern across every example his teams shared. He said the most impactful learnings rarely came from a bug in a feature. They came from the messaging around a new product, and where it landed in the funnel. Introduce something in the wrong spot, and users feel overwhelmed before they ever try it. Same feature, different framing, completely different result. Where is your messaging doing more work than the feature itself?
