Startup life is mostly reactive. You're in the task, in the Slack thread, in the meeting. The bigger priorities don't disappear. They just get buried under the urgent stuff until you create space to find them again. For me, I find that space while running. It's my time to reflect and do some meditative thinking. It's not structured. I'm not solving a specific problem. I'm just giving my brain room to surface what I've been missing. That's where the real prioritization happens. What do you do to get out of reactive mode?
