If you use 3rd party vendor, you are betting your infrastructure on someone else's board meeting. The recent wave of experimentation acquisitions is a warning. When a closed-source vendor gets bought, your tooling is now at the whims of their new parent company's priorities. The team that built your tools could be aqua-hired, and the SDKs you spent months integrating become legacy debt overnight. GrowthBook is open source. Because we are open source, the code is always available. If we disappear tomorrow, your experimentation stack doesn't.
