There's a level of excitement teams get when the product just works and they're not fighting their internal tooling all the time. We see it a lot when companies bring in GrowthBook to replace a previous platform or a home-built one. We've thought hard about the problem, with real empathy for people who run experiments and build products this way, so things are easy to use and easy to run, and you don't have to switch between one product and another. The learning is all captured in the product. The reports, the analysis, all in one place. People get really excited to share the results. They come in the morning, refresh, and share it with the whole team: look what this thing is doing, isn't that great. That creates buy-in across your whole team for the things you're shipping. Because quite often there's too big a gap between what you've shipped and what the results actually are for the business.
