Judging a product team solely on their ability to ship is a bad metric that rewards activity over actual progress. I’ve seen teams hit every single deadline while their core business KPIs remained completely flat because they made no actual progress. We advocate for experimentation-driven development, where changes to your product are launched as an A/B test, and success is measured by the impact on the metrics that matter, not just the volume of code released. Agree or disagree?
