When we rebuilt product analytics for 5.0, we started with a question I could not shake. What does anyone actually want from a dashboard? My honest answer is that almost nobody wants to stare at a graph. A graph is good for spotting a trend. What you are really after is what the trend means and what to do about it. So we built it to skip to that. You ask a question of your data in plain language and it answers. Where the funnel is dropping, which page is pulling its weight, without building a report to get there. The part I insisted on is what sits underneath. The full SQL is right there, running on the same metrics your experiments already use, in your own warehouse, viewable and auditable. Product analytics is generally available in 5.0 now, out of beta, with funnels and composable dashboards. I have spent years arguing that experimentation platforms should never be black boxes. That does not stop being true the moment an AI writes the answer for you. If anything, it matters more. An answer you cannot audit is just a black box that learned to talk. https://lnkd.in/g4qPUP52
