The strongest experimentation cultures I've seen are built on ceremonies. Luis Trindade, Principal Product Manager of Experimentation at FARFETCH, walked me through his team's rhythm on The Experimentation Edge, and it's some of the best operational thinking I've heard. Two ceremonies stood out. 1. Weekly experimentation clinics. He describes them as group therapy for experimenters. A place to bring messy tests, stuck analyses, and hard questions. 2. Monthly test and learn sessions. Open to everyone, from junior developers up to the C-suite. The whole company hears what was tested, what won, and what failed. I recommend following Luis by creating one recurring space for practitioners to go deep, and one for the whole company to learn. That's how you turn retrospectives into a habit instead of an afterthought. It will change the game for you and your team. What's your strategy for retrospectives?
