Beyond the Front End Field Notes — Day 5 "I think what I’m trying to say is: it feels really good to see people mean it." Today’s field note is less about a new concept and more about a culture I’m getting to see up close here at GrowthBook. It has been genuinely refreshing to onboard with a group of people who not only believe in what they sell, but use it every day. Testing is not treated like a checkbox here. It shows up in how people think. Ideas get tested. Assumptions get questioned. Rollouts get planned. Feedback gets immediately folded back into the product. Not in a glossy marketing way. Just in a very normal, practical, “we should probably test that” kind of way. People here use the product. They question assumptions. They dogfood the workflows. They notice what feels clunky. They care when something could be better. And maybe that sounds small, but it hasn’t felt small to me. It has honestly been one of my favorite parts of onboarding so far. 💜
