The GrowthBook team just got back from Hawaii! We're a team spread across the globe, and a few times a year, we close the distance. This week was one of those moments: a chance to think big, work through hard problems together, and just be humans in the same room (or beach). Being remote works because trust is built into how we operate, but there's something about being in the same place that unlocks a different kind of thinking.
